ExxonMobil in the Antwerp Area The Antwerp Refinery, which is integrated with the Performance Intermediates Plant, is situated in the port area. With ongoing large and small investments, ExxonMobil ensures that the installations on the refinery site remain modern and efficient, and that the refinery retains its competitiveness. The Antwerp Performance Intermediates Plant is one of the largest and most modern plants in Europe that produces liquid hydrocarbons. The plant has been completely integrated with the refinery as part of an initiative to maximize efficiency. The Meerhout Polymers Plant is one of the largest LDPE manufacturers in Europe and it supplies products to numerous industries. The plant is organizationally twinned with the Zwijndrecht Polymers Plant, which produces special types of polyethylene in relatively small volumes. ExxonMobil is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic global recruiting team driving competitive advantage through our people What role you will play in our team What you will do You will quickly cultivate an understanding of ExxonMobil's businesses and relationships with senior leaders to understand their critical hiring needs Be a trusted strategic advisor to ExxonMobil's leaders to ensure process rigor and efficiency in the pursuit of attracting and acquiring the best talent for the company You will develop and execute comprehensive search strategies with your business leaders to ensure an efficient and polished process for hiring managers and candidates alike To be successful in this role, you must quickly build understanding of our business needs, employee value proposition and be in a position to translate business strategy and objectives into high-value impact You will be a strategic, innovative, and a critical thinker who is outcome focused, a “driver” who effectively challenges organizational paradigms and has demonstrated ability to effectively lead transformational change You come with high ambition, high energy, tremendous work-ethic, and a desire to be part of a winning team If this sounds like you, we want you on the team! About you Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field 10+ years of progressive Recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions Languages: Advanced English, 2nd European language: French, Dutch, German (non-exclusive) Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively (i.e. beyond LinkedIn) as well as partnering with a sourcer to find the best talent for our roles Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and solution-oriented Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize A positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Passionate about people and a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedbac An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
